My agency, Authority Engines, is growing, and I can't do all of it myself anymore.
We build smart, automated email and website personalization systems for experts, creators, and nonprofits.
I'm opening two part-time contract roles to help with client work as projects get bigger and more complex.
Role 1: Client Success Project Manager
This person:
- works directly with clients
- keeps projects organized and moving
- handles communication and follow-ups
- makes clients feel taken care of
- gets me out of day-to-day coordination so I can focus on strategy
Role 2: Automation Specialist (Kit + RightMessage)
This person:
- builds segmentation and personalization systems
- works with Kit, RightMessage, and Liquid templating language
- creates clean, reliable automations
- documents and improves systems over time
- wants to master this craft at an elite level
These are professional contract roles, not full-time jobs.
I have real projects booked into Spring 2026 and I'm growing responsibly as the agency scales.
Quick note on fit:
These roles are for people who want to focus on the craft itself — not run a competing agency or sell similar services on the side.
If you're a creator, that's fine, as long as your content isn't in the email automation space.
