Quick update, but an exciting one.

Authority Engines (my solo agency) is growing. Between the Kit & RightMessage segmentation projects, training cohorts, nonprofit builds, the expert-led systems, and the intensives… it’s officially too much for one person to handle with excellence.

So I’m opening two contract roles to support this next stage of growth.

Before I get into the details, one important note:

These are professional contract roles, not full-time positions. I want to be upfront about that. I am not building a big payroll team. I’m building a tiny, elite crew of specialists who want to help me grow Authority Engines as we take on more client work.

I have confirmed projects booked for January through April, with more in the pipeline, so there is meaningful work here. But I’m hiring in a sustainable, responsible way: growing as my business grows. If you’re looking for great contract work with long-term potential (and you care about craft), these roles might be a great fit.

Client Success Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

You love:

Personalization Systems Implementor (Remote, Contract)

This is the technical craft role:

  • RightMessage
  • Kit (ConvertKit)
  • Liquid Templating Language
  • segmentation flows
  • dynamic newsletter blocks
  • conditional CTAs
  • automation logic
  • edge-case testing
  • documentation

If building clean, reliable, adaptive systems makes your brain light up, this might be your role.

A quick note on fit

These roles are for craftsmen; people who want to focus deeply on the work itself.

If you’re running your own agency, selling services in personalization or automation, or building a productized offer in this space, this won’t be a match. I’m not looking for someone using this as a stepping stone into their own competing client work.

Creators are welcome, as long as your content isn’t in the email-automation or personalization niche.

I’m looking for people who want to build, refine, and master a discipline inside a small, high-performance team — and grow with us as Authority Engines scales.
